1. Personal Training program/PT will be valid from Start date to Expiry date of program and within valid Gym membership period on selected time slot only.
2. Each session will be for a 45 minutes duration including .
3. Cancellation of any session must be done 6 hours prior, failing to do so will result in counting that session as NO SHOW.
4. PT cannot be transferred to another trainer in-between a program.
5. Two to One classes has to be taken by both members in the same time slot only.
6. No refunds shall be made for dues paid.
7. In case a trainer cannot continue or leaves in between a program, the management will give the member a replacement trainer of the same category.
8. Payment done for PT cannot be adjusted against another product/package/service.
9. Members must be properly attired in sport clothes (i.e. t-shirts, gym clothes, nice socks, gym shoes) while in exercise areas. Shoes worn outside will not be allowed on the gym floor.
10. The gym holds a right to reserve “RIGHTS OF ADMISSION” & reserves the right to “TERMINATE A MEMBERSHIP” as and when the management deems necessary.
I acknowledge that I have read the terms and conditions & will abide by it. I state that I am in a physically sound state of health and I will not hold the gym and management responsible for any untoward incident that may happen while I am in the gym. I give consent to the trainer having to touch me during spotting in certain exercises moves.
